Avdel India had an active participation and co-sponsored the National Aerospace Manufacturing Seminar (NAMS-2022) organised by Society of Aerospace Manufacturing Engineers (SAME).
The two-day seminar on 20th -21st May at Thiruvananthapuram, was attended by Mr. Nandish Jingade- GM Sales & Supply Management & Mr. Thomas Mathews, Technical Consultant from Avdel India team. The theme of the program was Manned Space Mission with special focus to overcome challenges in materials, manufacturing, and certification.
The program saw a good participation from both Government & Private Aerospace Companies like Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), MIDHANI, Larsen & Toubro, Godrej, Bharat Forge & Aditya Birla to name a few.
The inaugural presentation was concluded by honouring the nominated candidates with SAME Awards, wherein Mr. Mahesh Anant Bachake – Manager (M/s. Walchandnagar Industries Ltd) was honoured with Avdel Prodyogiki Award by Dr. S. Somnath (Chairman- ISRO).
